* "unmetered" on shared hosting tends to mean "throttled if you ship video." Our 100 GB / 250 GB caps are explicit so a video-heavy month is predictable rather than a surprise overage. Most static sites use 5-50 GB/month — the cap only matters if you're streaming or hosting large media.

Credits are how you pay for AI dev-team time. A typical chat turn with the Dev agent (one change, preview the result) runs about 5–8 credits. A Prod review-and-deploy cycle runs about 10–30 credits depending on how much checking it has to do. The 1,000-credit monthly grant on Connect comfortably covers a moderately active site — typically 100–200 turns.
The agents pause new turns until you top up or your monthly grant resets. Your site keeps running normally — only chat-based edits are paused. Buy a Boost / Refill / Stockpile pack above to resume immediately.
Yes — monthly credits roll forward up to 2× the monthly grant (Connect banks up to 2,000 credits). Top-up credits never expire.
Yes, anytime. Stripe handles proration on upgrades and downgrades automatically. Studio → Hosted preserves your site and Postgres data; Hosted → Connect requires you to point us at an external host (we'll walk you through it).
WordPress — any host, anywhere. Bluehost, GoDaddy, WP Engine, Kinsta, Pantheon, AWS, GCP, Azure, your own VPS — if you can install a plugin on your WP install, we can connect. The agent edits posts, pages, custom post types (including WooCommerce products + orders), media, theme files, plugins, menus, widgets, and Customizer settings via our plugin's REST API.
Two paths for WordPress:
• Connect — keep your existing WP host. Preview lives on a private dev container at <your-slug>.dev.sitectrl.ai; publish replays the diff into your live site via the plugin. Your hosting bill stays where it is.
• Hosted— we run your WP for you on our infra. Promote from a Connect dev preview when you're ready; the same dev container becomes your permanent host. Backups, MariaDB, PHP runtime, scaling — all managed.
Shopify — yes, plugs into any host. The agent reads your catalog, orders, and customers, edits product copy / SEO / inventory, and emits Buy Button embeds for your marketing site. Connect via a custom-app Admin API token (60-second setup in Shopify admin → Develop apps).

Tax is calculated at checkout via Stripe Tax based on your billing address and added to the displayed price. EU customers see VAT broken out on the invoice.
Self-serve from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no early-termination fees. Hosted / Studio sites stay live for the remainder of the period; we keep a snapshot for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to come back.
