Create an API key
In Wild Apricot: Settings → Integration → Authorized applications. Takes about a minute. We only ever read — our connector refuses to send anything but a read request, in code.
We check the account
Before anything moves, we show you what we found: how many contacts, which membership levels, events, invoices, and every custom field your organisation invented.
Your data comes across
Members, levels, groups, events, registrations, invoices, payments and email history land in a Postgres database that belongs to you.
Your new site goes live
Built for you and designed to feel familiar to your members, on our hosting with SSL. Your private data stays in the database, readable only by your site.
You take it from there
Review it, change anything by describing it, and invite members when you are ready. Nobody is emailed and nobody gets a login until you say so.
Your uploaded files — PDFs, newsletters, photo archives — aren't reachable through the Wild Apricot API, so those are a manual upload at step 5. You get a checklist of exactly what's outstanding.

Your committee runs the roster
Your members area has its own roles — member, officer, admin — managed from your own site, separate from who holds a SiteCTRL account. Your membership secretary adds members. Your treasurer sees the finance pages. Neither needs a seat on our platform.
Members-only content is enforced on the server, not hidden in the page. One gate checks every read and every write, so there is no private page a visitor reaches by guessing a URL.
Then you can actually edit it
New committee list, updated dues, this year's event dates — describe it and the AI makes the change on a private draft. A second AI checks nothing broke. A snapshot is saved before every publish, so one click rolls it back.
